I’m not ashamed to claim I am a strong devoted Christian. And so of course I’ll agree with Eb’s statement. I enjoy having this holiday just like I enjoy Christmas and Easter. You see people in our nation celebrating these holidays, but more over in a secular way. There’s a holiday I don’t agree with and that’s Halloween. But am I whining and crying about it? No. If some liberals feel all convicted of National Prayer Day, then cry me a river. Why don’t they gripe about Christmas and Easter? Because the world has changed it all into Santa Clause and into the Easter bunny. People want the goodies they can get from these holidays. That’s not the real meaning behind these holidays. But nooo. We people that don’t believe in God makes us feel more rejected. You make yourselves rejected. If you don’t want to pray or believe in God well that’s your choice. So shut up already and let the people who do appreciate the holiday and give glory to God. Amen!

Game Rules!
In this era, games are becoming more and more graphic to where this new game law, AB 1179, has now been implemented. What this does is "forbids the sale of violent video games to anyone under the age of 18, requires labels on violent video games, and calls for a fine of $1,000 for anyone who rents of sells such a game to a minor." Pretty much like going to see a "R" rated movie with proof of I.D. But the president and CEO of the Entertainment Software Association argues that AB 1179 violates the First Amendment to minors.
Recently there has been much talk about this new game called "Rapelay" which in order to win the game is to rape women, according to CNN. Who can say this is okay for minors to purchase such an item? In Ted Bundy's last interview, just hours before his execution, he admits and claims his pornagraphy addiction that orginated from when he was a boy. He says that majority of people that he's met in prison have the same violent sexual addiction from pornagraphic viewed experiences. How can we say this is moraly right for children and even adults to play such video games. Does this not feed to some violent sexual fantasy addiction?? Our forefathers made Amendments for moral good judgment behavior not to justify disgusting immoral behaviors. The problem isn't just video games. Look all around us. Something usually always pertains to sex. As human beings, we are very sexual creatures. But where's the limit? Should we be very surprised why this country has so much sexual violence?

Pay Teachers Based on Performance?
In reality, I honostly don't think this new bill idea is going to fix our kids' education. Wouldn't teachers feel pressured to be more lenient to give good grades just to get a decent salary. These are rough times and this just adds more to the equation. Shouldn't we look at where the real root of the problem is? I still remember being in high school like yesterday. What I've seen is most of the dilemma comes from kids' parents/gaurdians. As humans, and especially in our culture, we hardly ever admit the blame on ourselves, but instead try to point the finger to someone else. Say this bill does pass and more problems arise with students. Parents/gaurdians will more than likely blame the teachers for not doing their job. There's already a need for more teachers and this isn't going to help the situation any better. Teachers don't have time to babysit and play referee for students that don't want to take their education seriously. It's wasting time for those students who are trying to get an education.

Bloods N Crips in the White House
It's becoming bloods n' crips inside the white house. Tennessee senator Lamar Alexander shows great lengths of courage to abruptly state a problem within the White House leadership. Political leaders are pointing fingers at each other and saying, “Oh he said this and He said that! Let’s find a way to make this person lose their seat and have someone that’s our side to get their new vacant seat.” The ten month Obama Administration has symptoms of augmenting an enemy list against the Republican Party. I give him big kudos what a lot of people have been thinking, but have been afraid to. His main audience of his speech is to whole the Democratic Party. Senator Lamar Alexander shares his experienced testimonies since the sixties. He was around the Nixon Administration which an enemy list was created. The senator doesn’t want this part of history to repeat itself. Our country is going through tough times and he is trying to show the republican side of working solutions at a one step at time pace instead of just jumping into another new law that just raises more taxes to the nation. Thinking in more practical terms rather than thinking in complex ideas and failing foolishly. He came in a very real and respectful manner to his statement. To look at the core of our problem instead of ignoring it, or pointing fingers to blame.

NEW GOVERNMENT HEALTH care
By the end Time of this month chances of this new Health Care Bill plan will pass. What's great and all is that everyone will have health insurance. Everyone including the people that do not work, know how to corrupt the government system, and steal our paying tax dollars. Yay. Another oppurtunity for apethetic people to be more lazy. Of course not everyone is like this, but it's aggravating that half these people will rob YOUR money. Wow what an improvement. This should even up our cutting taxes. Believe me I am optimistic. Eventually our economy will get better, but now in a slower pace. Medical bankruptcy, here we come.
